Green while there is room, amber at five minutes remaining, red in the final minute — and all three thresholds are yours to set. Past the end it turns and counts up, because at that point the useful question is not how long the speaker has left but how far over they are.
Presentation mode hides everything but the dial. The optional chime sounds once at amber, once at red and twice at time; it is synthesised in the browser, so there is no audio file to go missing. The screen is kept awake while the clock runs, and nothing here needs a network once the page has loaded.
