Recent lab graduate Sam Smith, along with former lab postdoc Greg Darnell, co-led a new paper out in eLife entitled Discovering non-additive heritability using additive GWAS summary statistics.This paper continues the collaboration between the Ramachandran and Crawford Labs, and releases interation-LD score regression, an extension of the original LD score regression framework for estimating narrow-sense heritability that accounts for interactions between genetic variants. This paper was greatly improved by the review process at eLife, and was published under the original eLife review, then publish model. Congrats to all the authors!
